Volunteers needed, October 5th!

Oregon Environmental Council is celebrating a half-century of environmental accomplishments on Friday, October 5th at the downtown Hilton in Portland.

We need an amazing team of dedicated volunteers to make this night a success!

Help us greet the more than 400 guests, leaders and philanthropic community members who are committed to Oregon’s future. Be a part of a historic look back and look forward to Oregon’s environmental accomplishments.

Greeters: Warmly greet and direct guests to the registration area, coat check, ballroom, etc.

Registration: Welcome guests and provide them with their pre-assigned table seating card or register them on the spot. Perfect for those of you who are detail-oriented and fast.

Raffle ticket sales: Circulate among guests and sell raffle tickets. This is a really fun opportunity for those with outgoing, sales-oriented — personalities

Coat Check: First to greet our guests and last to see them go!

Setting up the party: Come early and help set the scene

Putting it all away: Recap and celebrate the success

Time: variable shifts between 6:00 and 10:00

Food: Hot Lips pizza is generously donating to make sure you’re fed well
