Spreading his love for Oregon, Timber Jim Serrill, retired lumberjack, cancer survivor and original mascot for the Portland Timbers, spent the day on May 8 stumping at the Oregon State Capitol in Salem for Senate Bill 1008, Clean Engines, Clean Air.
