Smart Thermostats

Want a more comfortable home temperature, while lowering your utility bills and your energy use? Smart thermostats lower the energy use of your HVAC system by changing the temperature based on your settings, and automatically make adjustments during peak energy times, saving you money.

The U.S Department of Energy estimates a smart thermostat can lower heating bills by 10-12% and cooling bills by about 15% annually.

Smart thermostats work with most existing HVACs and can be self-installed. They are widely available for less than $300 and the incentives below often cover the full cost!

Heat Pump Water Heaters

Heating water is around 20% of a typical household's energy cost. Switching to a heat pump water heater is a great way to save money and energy when you need to replace your current system. Heat pump water heaters can cut your water heating costs by up to 50% by moving heat, rather than generating it, which lowers the amount of energy needed to warm water.
