Staci Simonich is Professor and Executive Associate Dean in the College of Agricultural Sciences at Oregon State University. She is trained as an environmental chemist and toxicologist, with a faculty position in OSU’s Environmental and Molecular Toxicology Department and the Department of Chemistry. Before moving to the Dean’s Office, she served OSU as Associate Vice President for Research and Associate Dean of Academics in the College of Science. Prior to joining Oregon State University in 2001, Staci spent 6 years working as a Senior Scientist in the consumer product industry. Her research interests include studying the transport, remediation, and human and environmental exposure to pollutants. Staci has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Oregon State University. Staci makes her home in Corvallis and Seal Rock.
