About Janell

Janell (she/her) has a background in non-profit philanthropy work as well as investment management in the private sector. She brings a combination of interpersonal skills, event planning, leadership development, and management experience to OEC.

Janell made Oregon her home in 2012 and loves traveling the Pacific Northwest to explore this beautiful region by both land and water. She lives in North Portland and spends her free time recreating with friends and family, and tries to keep a lighthearted attitude by performing with her improv team at a local comedy club.

Oregon is a true gem and we need to do everything in our power to protect the fresh air, clear desert skies, and mountain-top vistas that define this state. I could not be more honored to live in Oregon, and work to protect this amazing place we call home.
