  • Coalition of Communities of Color 
    • Mission: To address the socioeconomic disparities, institutional racism, and inequity of services experienced by our families, children and communities; and to organize our communities for collective action resulting in social change to obtain self-determination, wellness, justice and prosperity.
  • Euvalcree
    • Mobilizes and engages underserved and underrepresented populations to improve the lives of all children, families and communities in RURAL Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
  • Hacienda CDC 
    • Hacienda CDC is a Latino Community Development Corporation that strengthens families by providing affordable housing, homeownership support, economic advancement and educational opportunities.
  • Latino Network
    • Mission: To positively transform the lives of latino youth, families, and communities.
  • PCUN (Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste)
    • Mission: To empower farmworkers and working Latinx families in Oregon by building community, increasing Latinx representation in elections, and policy advocacy on both the national and state levels.
  • Unete
    • A movement of farm workers and immigrants that strives to empower and enrich the lives of both groups through education, cultural presentations, advocacy, representation in issues that affect their lives and organizing to defend immigrant rights.
  • Unite Oregon
    • A membership organization led by people of color, immigrants and refugees, rural communities, and people experiencing poverty. We work across Oregon to build a unified, intercultural movement for justice.
  • Verde
    • Serves communities by building environmental wealth through social enterprise, outreach and advocacy.

2022 Oregon Legislature: Mid-Session Update

The 2022 Legislative Session is well underway. OEC staff have jumped in with both feet, analyzing bills and recommending improvements, writing and delivering strong testimony, organizing partnered groups, and defending against harmful proposals. So far we have testified on over 20 unique bills and inspired nearly 300 citizen contacts to legislators and committees from OEC activists
